As a participant in the SJIRA, I am aware of and understand the following:
- I must pay my registration fee of $450 per Restaurant Week (for Restaurant Week ONLY status).
*** OR ***
I must pay my Annual Membership fee of $750 (for FULL MEMBER status which includes all (3) Restaurant Weeks).
- I am responsible for promoting the event in house via appropriate signage, check inserts, phone messages, newsletters, etc.
- Every restaurant agrees to distribute and collect the SJIRA restaurant week comment card. These cards will be collected by the SJIRA at the end of the restaurant week.
- Each restaurant will feature a 4 course menu for $35 or $25 (plus tax and gratuity)
- All Restaurants must attend every meeting to pick up all printed material for each event.
- All Liquor license restaurants must agree to purchase our sponsor product.
- ALL RESTAURANT WEEK MENUS MUST BE POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE RESTAURANT WEEK
*** Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the immediate removal of your restaurant from the entire website until the next event.
The SJIRA is responsible for the following:
- All marketing of the restaurant week including but not limited to press releases to magazines, local media, newspapers, radio and news stations
- Email newsletters utilizing the SJIRA database and maintaining all restaurant week information on our website www.sjhotchefs.com
- Providing each restaurant with comment cards and related literature for distribution before and during restaurant week.
- In order to be included in the upcoming press releases, articles and restaurant week literature, we must have your positive response, signed contract and payment in full no later than 7/1/15.
