Yellowtail sashimi with wasabi yuzu sauce, jalapeno, and syracha.

Crispy Spring Rolls
Filled with fresh shrimp, pork, Chinese mushrooms and vegetables

Spicy Phoenix Roll
Shrimp tempura and avocado inside, topped with spicy crab

Pan-fried pork or vegetable dumplings

Course Three

Honey Walnut Shrimp
Lightly crusted jumbo shrimp, fresh apple, delicate cream sauce, topped with honey coated walnuts

Orange Beef
Crispy beef, pineapple, citrus rinds, bell pepper, broccoli, slightly spicy

Seafood Supreme
Jumbo shrimp and scallops, mixed vegetables, in a white garlic sauce

Rack of Lamb
New Zealand rack, rosemary, thyme, black pepper rub. Seasonal vegetables

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Served with wasabi mayo and broccoli

Jumbo shrimp, fresh mango, zucchini, bell pepper

Crème Brulee

Bomba
Chocolate and vanilla gelato in a dark chocolate shell, almond and cherry center

Exotic Bomba
Mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbetto, covered in white chocolate and drizzled with chocolate
