Homemade pumpkin gnocchi tossed with mushrooms in sage cream sauce

Crispy Artichoke (GF)
Crispy artichoke leaves, fried to a crispy golden brown, ciligiene mozzarella, beets, arugula with pear vinaigrette

Palle di Granchio Fritte
Crabmeat and pasta tossed with a blend of cheeses breaded, fried and served with Alfredo sauce

Course Three

Ippoglosso ai Ferri (GF)
Grilled Norwegian halibut, lemon white balsamic drizzle served with pumpkin risotto and steamed broccoli

Filetto di Manzo Oscar Style (GF)
Grilled center cut filet mignon topped with crabmeat and hollandaise sauce served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Aragosta Carbonara
Lobster, shrimp, crabmeat tossed with peas, mushrooms and pancetta in cream sauce served atop egg fettuccine

Pesce Salmon (GF)
Pan seared Salmon with dill cream sauce, mushroom risotto and roasted glazed carrots

Maiale Ripieno (GF)
Stuffed center cut bone-in pork chop stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese, herb crusted fried
and topped with marsala demi glace, risotto and roasted zucchini

Course Four

Tortoni (GF)
Homemade rum ice cream with minced almonds and maraschino
cherry

Cheesecake di Zucca Fritta
Pumpkin pie cheesecake wrapped in a tortilla shell, fried and served with caramel sauce

Torta di Pecan
Pecan pound cake served with vanilla sauce
