Roasted Brussel sprouts tossed with bacon lardons, almond slices,
and bleu cheese crumbles, drizzled with Apple cider reduction

Course Two

Sundried Tomato Bisque
Finished with crispy bacon & cheese crouton

Butternut Squash Soup
Our Creamy butternut squash soup, finished with toasted pumpkin seeds

Roasted Beet & Corn Salad
Topped with ricotta cheese & honey

Autumn Salad
Baby greens with candied pecans, gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers,
Tossed with a garlic parmesan vinaigrette

Course Three

Apple Cider Braised Beef
Choice beef, slow roasted with apple cider, onions, garlic and herbs,
served with sweet potato wedges and braised cabbage

Stuffed Pork Loin
Tender pork loin roasted and stuffed with zucchini, baby spinach,
and Boursin cheese, served with mashed potatoes and a pork A jus

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Our homemade butternut squash ravioli, served in a rich butternut cream sauce,
with toasted butternut squares

Grilled Salmon
Salmon fillet grilled and finished with a brown sugar, and citrus sauce,
served with green beans, tomato and potato hash

Pumpkin Cheese Cake
Our Famous cheese cake with a pumpkin swirl, drizzled with
caramel sauce and whipped cream
