Course One

Burrata Philly - Claudio’s 9th Street house-made burrata, Biagio’s tomatoes, Prosciutto di Parma, evoo, baby arugula
and balsamic reduction

Zucchini Flowers - Fresh local zucchini blossom, filled with ricotta cheese, premium Italian sausage, fresh herbs,Tempura-battered style, served golden brown, with a tomato marinara & touch of pesto (pesto contains nuts)

Eggplant Panzarotti – Jersey eggplant, oven-roasted and bounded with mozzarella and parmigiano cheese, fresh herbs, coated in Japanese bread crumbs, served golden brown, tomato marinara sauce and Parmigiano shavings

Butternut Squash Soup - Mr. Green Jean’s (Hammonton, NJ) oven-roasted squash, pumpkin spices, poached rock shrimp, pumpkin oil, crispy parsnips

Course Two

Ravioli Di Casa - House-made and filled with roasted pumpkin, pumpkin spices, parmigiano cheese, fresh herbs,
sherry wine and fresh sage sauce with grapes and asparagus.

Certified Angus Beef Boneless Short Ribs - Braised in their own natural juices with root vegetables, served over house-made porcini mushroom pappardelle, tossed in a wild mushroom demi glace, baby spinach, parmigiano shavings.

Nero di Pasta - House-made black pappardelle pasta, Mr. Green Jean’s own grown butternut squash, rock shrimp,fresh calamari, cockle clams, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, white wine, evoo.

Butternut Squash & Scallop Risotto - NJ Day Boat scallops, pan-roasted with Mr. Green Jean’s-grown butternut
squash, oven-roasted, and tossed with Arborio risotto and fresh herbs

Course Three

Kona Filet - 5 oz. center-cut filet mignon rubbed with Caribbean coffee spice, grilled and topped with a wild mushroom
demi glace, oven-roasted butternut squash.

Pesce del Giorno - Fresh catch of the day, pan-seared in a white wine lemon sauce, cherry tomatoes, imported artichokes, rock shrimp, sautéed baby spinach.

Zucchini Crabcake - 100% jumbo lump crabmeat tossed in a unique imperial mix, fresh herbs, julienned zucchini, pan-roasted,
baby spinach, lemon butter sauce.

Chicken Luna - Boneless breast of chicken, sautéed in white wine & evoo, cannellini beans, broccoli rabe, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, topped with fontina cheese, oven-roasted butternut squash
