fresh basil, garlic and olive oil finished with a balsamic

A mix of mashed potatoes, smoked gouda cheese and green onions
breaded and fried, served with a Truffle dipping sauce

Fried Zucchini
Breaded and fried “Jersey Fresh Zucchini”
Served with a sweet & spicy dipping sauce

Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Slow roasted farmhouse chicken, Smokey BBQ sauce and
shredded pepper jack cheese, served in a Romaine lettuce wrap

Course Two

“Jersey Tomato Soup”
Finished with crispy bacon & cheese crouton

Roasted Beet Salad
Roasted red beets, sliced cucumbers, arugula and goat cheese,
tossed with a citrus vinaigrette

Jersey Tomato & Mozzarella Salad
“Jersey Fresh Tomato” & Mozzarella, topped with
EVOO and Balsamic Reduction & fresh Basil

Pear & Cucumber Salad
Spring mix wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber, topped with gorgonzola cheese,
candy pecans, pear slices and finished with a pear vinaigrette

Course Three

Pork Madera
Pork medallions pan seared with Madera wine fresh pear slices,
served with mashed potatoes and “Jersey Fresh Sautéed Spinach”

Parmesan Crusted Flounder
Parmesan crusted broiled Flounder fillet, served over a garlicy Sautee of
“Jersey’s Fresh Green Beans and Grape Tomato”

Bistro Tenderloin
Grilled and sliced sirloin tenderloin, served over Jersey Fresh Peas & Asparagus
topped with a creamy mustard drizzle

Sautéed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed, topped with a peach salsa and served over
“Jersey Fresh Zucchini noodles and Roma tomatoes”
