with tomato marinara sauce

Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata Cheese - Claudio’s 9th Street homemade burrata (mozzarella cheese filled with cream), Bob Muth’s locally grown heirloom tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, baby arugula and balsamic reduction

Manhattan Style Crab Chowder - Fresh crabmeat, an array of root vegetables and diced potatoes in a hearty tomato
base with fresh herbs grown on premise

Jersey Beet Salad - N.J. Formissano Farm’s locally grown beets from Buena, oven-roasted with candied walnuts, California figs, crumbled goat cheese, dried cranberries, baby greens, tossed in a homemade white balsamic and honey

Course Two

Lucia’s Peperone - Stuffed red pepper, prepared by Lucia with a homemade stuffing of arborio risotto, raisins, olives, celery, pine nuts and ground beef, oven-baked and served in a marinara sauce

Pasta Nero di Seppia - Homemade black pappardelle pasta tossed in roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil, jumbo lump crabmeat, cherry tomatoes, NJ butternut squash and cockle clams (imported from New Zealand)

Sweet Potato Gnocchi & Cape May Scallops - Homemade sweet potato gnocchi sautéed in roasted garlic, white truffle essence, wild mushrooms, fresh sage, with pan-roasted Day Boat scallops
and baby spinach

Ravioli Di Casa - Homemade in-house ravioli, filled with broccoli rabe, sweet Italian sausage, imported fontina cheese
and fresh herbs served in a fresh pomodoro sauce

Course Three

Pesce del Giorno - Fresh catch of the day pan-roasted with caramelized leeks, baby spinach, in a citrus and wine
butter sauce with a balsamic reduction

Filetto di Manzo - 5 oz. center cut filet mignon, porcini mushroom dusted and grilled, wild mushroom demi-glace and Jersey asparagus

Zucchini Crabcake - Jersey jumbo lump crabmeat, tossed in a unique imperial mix, fresh herbs, julienned zucchini, roasted peppers,
pan-roasted, accompanied with baby spinach and lemon butter sauce

Herb-crusted Soft Shell Crab - NJ Absecon Bay soft shell crab, herb crusted, lightly fried, served with a olive oil lemon
