Course One

Sundried Tomato Soup
our house special soup with a Pesto crouton

Kunkel’s Chop Salad
Iceberg lettuce, crumbled bleu cheese, sunflower kernels,
seasonal vegetables, sliced mushroom, tossed in a roasted garlic vinaigrette

Prosciutto Wrapped Spring Salad
Spring mix tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, wrapped in prosciutto,
served on a toasted crostini

Course Two

Second Course Appetizers
Choice of:

Fiery Thai Calamari
Crispy fried calamari tossed in a spicy-sweet orange chili sauce
with fresh scallion

Crostini’s
Thin sliced crostini topped with a thin sliced prosciutto,
and roasted red pepper, finished with Romano cheese

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Ahi Tuna, grilled, sliced, served with a citric honey glaze
over soy & sesame marinated zucchini noodles

Roasted Veggie Turnover
Seasonal vegetables, baked in a puff pastry crust,
served with a garlic aioli

Course Three

Third Course Entrees

Salmon Pin Wheel
Fresh Salmon fillet, rolled and stuffed with crab & spinach,
served over a creamy veggie couscous

Seafood Linguini
Our home made linguini, tossed in a saffron and fennel crema sauce,
with mussels, clams, and shrimp

Bistro Sirloin Tender
Bistro cut Sirloin Tender, grilled and sliced into medallions, served with
potato latkes, wild mushrooms and sautéed green beans,
finished with compound gorgonzola butter

Chicken Fried Pork Chop
Breaded & Fried Bone in pork chop, served with double fried potatoes,
sweet corn and baby lima bean succotash

Course Four

Fourth Course Dessert
Choice of:

Ricotta Cheese Cake
Our rich and creamy Ricotta cheese cake, finished with a honey drizzle

German Pancakes
Dusted with powdered sugar, filled with vanilla bean ice cream,
finished with a Carmel drizzle

Pasquale’s Key Lime Pie
Classic light gram cracker crust filled with a tart & sweet cream filling

Death by Chocolate
Our fresh baked brownie cake center filled with semi-sweet chocolate and finished with a chocolate ganache
