Baby corn in a silky, creamy, cheesy base with bits of spicy sausage

Burrata con Mirtilli Arrostiti (GF)
Baby arugula, apples and walnuts tossed with pear vinaigrette and served with roasted blueberries atop creamy burrata cheese

Course Two

Involtini Primavera di Granchio
House made crab filled spring roll served with spicy vodka sauce paired with cilantro lime slaw

Lasagne al Peperone Golce
A twist on an old favorite. Baked sweet pepper layered with pasta, seasoned ground meat and ricotta cheese

Insalata Caesar con Gamberetti (GF)
Grilled romaine wedge with Caesar drizzle served with popcorn shrimp tossed in spicy aioli dressing

Course Three

Bronzino alla Griglia (GF)
Grilled mediterranean skinless bronzino fillet served with papaya-mango salsa, risotto and baby greens

Filetto di Manzo con Gorgonzola
Grilled center cut filet mignon topped with gorgonzola cream sauce caramelized onions served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Aragosta Carbonara
Lobster, shrimp, crabmeat tossed in saffron cream sauce served over egg fettuccine

Pesce Salmon (GF)
Pan seared salmon stuffed with crab imperial accompanied with spinach ravioli in lemon cream sauce with flecks of tomato

Vino al Barolo di Manzo Brasato
Slow roasted boneless beef short ribs in a rich Barolo wine demi-glace reduction over creamy polenta and spring vegetables

Course Four

Torta al Cioccolato
Rich chocolate cake with 4 layers of fudge icing.

Banane e Panna Montata
Traditional banana cream pie with layers of banana, pudding and whipped cream
