At Coriander, chef Vipul Bhasin brings these updates to South jersey, offering healthier, light fare while remembering his roots in authentic Indian Cuisine. His neoclassical dishes blend age-old, time-tested recipes with new twists to create flavorful biryanis, kebabs and to-die-for curries.
A culinary school graduate from India, Chef Vipul started his career with Taj Group of Hotels, a premier chain, in India running 100+ 5-Star Deluxe Hotels all over India and abroad. Prior to opening Coriander, Vipul had worked as Chef at various Restaurant & Catering establishment in NY & NJ & has hosted some very successful Indian food festivals and events at the prestigious Sangri-La hotel in Bangkok (Thailand), Le Meridian in Kingston (Jamaica) & dinners at the Smithsonian in Washington DC.
